When you join our waitlist we store: your email address, the time of signup, the form you used, and your IP address (for spam protection). If analytics are active, we use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel cookies to measure how visitors use the site and how our ads perform.
We process your email based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) to send you product and launch updates. We process IP addresses based on legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) to prevent abuse of our forms.
Your data is stored on our web host in the EU and is not sold or shared with third parties, except analytics providers (Google, Meta) where applicable. We send emails ourselves or via an email service provider acting as data processor.
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time — email feedback@hexfarm.dk. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You can complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).

hexfarm.dk presents a product in development. Specifications, prices and dates are preliminary and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist creates no purchase obligation for you and no delivery obligation for us. Pre-order deposits, when offered, are fully refundable until your order ships.
